What excited me the most about learning yoga is having the ability to share what I felt and experienced in my course. I wake up excited everyday to make people experience the joy of yoga, not just on a physical level, but pranic, mental and spiritual levels.

Truthfully I have practiced many times (several years) but my back hurts often, so I wanted to be taught beginner foundational cues to see where I am compromising my back. Today was so very helpful. The gentleman that taught me today was so in tune with what I needed to adjust and my back does not hurt today. God Bless and Namaste! I also love a slow pace class for the attention I can give to my breath.

Regular practice improves your connection with your deeper self. Vikramjeet is the instructor I selected the majority of the time. He has a kind demeanor and sees the humor in many things. You won’t feel self-conscious if you are a beginner. He “bubbles” with laughter- for all.
Besides the instructor, it is so easy to work with the Shvasa team. They are responsive, proactive in reaching out to make sure that my progress is on track, and receive any feedback. They really make me feel like I’m at a local gym - help, if ever needed, is so seamless.
